New Year - New Team?
Unsworth JFC Demons Under 9’s are looking for one or two players to join us, as we look to develop a team that can challenge in the Roach Division and continue to progress in the years to come. We don’t think we’re far off, so if you think you can make a difference then get in touch.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously, as, at the end of the day, it’s about children enjoying football.
We try to mix fun with some proper coaching, incorporating small sided games, skills sessions & some work on set plays. Size doesn’t matter on our team, we don’t shout & players are encouraged to make their own decisions & express themselves, as well as play for the team.

Unsworth JFC are looking for a First choice goalkeeper for their U10 team, Unsworth Predators who play in the North Bury Junior Football League. We are a Charter Standard Club and all managers and coachers are minimum Level 1 trained. To All Club Members & Visitors,
We have asked for parents and visitors NOT TO PARK on Mersey Close outside the bungalows, Cunningham Drive and also the ginnel from Cunningham Drive leading to our playing fields.
Unfortunately, these polite requests from local residents and the Committee of Unsworth JFC have been ignored by a minority of drivers.
After consultation with Bury MBC double yellow lines have been painted outside the bungalows as access to our site was being blocked and emergency services were unable to get through.
Today, we have been in further talks with Bury MBC as our requests, for NO PARKING on the ginnel from Cunningham Drive leading to Hillock Playing Fields has been ignored. We will be installing barriers at the end of the ginnel in approximately six weeks, access by foot will still be accessible.
