Radcliffe Borough Crusaders    v    Unsworth Juniors

          1                             1

Today sees Unsworth travel to take on Radcliffe.  Radcliffe started very well by forcing a good early save from Alex. Soon after this Leons shot was also well saved. When Radcliffe next went on the attack, their shot was deflected wide by Callum. Radcliffe then followed this up with with a shot that was once again well saved by Alex, and they put the rebound out wide. Unsworth then started to play like we all know they can with some great passing between Leon, Haider, Marcel and Charlie. Haider picked up the ball in midfield and made an excellant run to the edge of the area and saw his shot fly past the keeper to take the lead. Just before half time Radcliffe scored to make it 1-1.

The second half was a very entertaining one, with some great football being played between two very well matched sides. Radcliffe had a free kick that was headed over by Marcel. Both keepers were also on great form as they both made great saves when called upon. Even though both teams were playing very well they were both unable to add to the scoreline, and it finished 1-1.
