The first game of the season is here as Unsworth host Bury Tigers. All the boys were ready and raring to go and get the season off to a great start. This was a great game to watch as it really was end to end. Alex pulled of a few great saves early on. Alot of Unsworths attacking play was coming through Marcel and Haider in midfield who were having a brilliant game. It was Haider who opened the scoring, after he made a good run, he easily slotted the ball past the keeper to make it 1-0, well done. Just before half time, Marcel ran through the middle and layed the ball off to Connor who placed the ball into the bottom corner to go into half time 2-0, well done.

The second half got under way and once again Alex made some excellent saves. Haider was creating more chances for Connor and Leon, who on a few occasions shot just wide. Unsworths third goal came from a corner taken by Leon, it came out to marcel on the edge of the area, who shot and scored to make it 3-0. Charlie created the chance for the last goal, with an awesome run down the left wing, he then found Leon open and passed, and Leon took a great long range shot for 4-0. Well done to all the boys.
