Unsworth Juniors v Radcliffe Borough Crusaders
2 - 1
Kick off 9.30
On this rainy morning the boys came out with smiles on their faces because this was the first time we played at home in months due to the weather. Radcliffe were really strong in the first minutes, but our two new boys in defence, not letting them get passed us, well done Connor and Alex J. Don't know if the boys were still asleep, but the passing was not flowing. Then we won a penatly, but unlucky for us it didn't go in, but well done to all the lads for keeping their heads up and carrying on. Oliver in midfield has found he's position within the team with some get tackles, he won the ball, passed it down the line to Nathan and Nathan put it in the back of the net, great goal Nathan. which took it into half time 1 - 0 to Unsworth.
Second half, just wanna say well done to all the boys for waking up, with some great passing, tackles and crosses, the second half began. We were playing alot stronger, they all had fight in their bellys. Radcliffe played really well thoughtout and it paid off with a goal for them, which took it to 1 - 1. Well done Radcliffe. It looked like it was gonna be a draw. Unsworth stayed playing great, with some fantastic passing. The last chance came and leon got the ball from their goal kick and kicked it back right past the keeper, well done Leon, is was a great goal in the last minutes. Unsworth wins 2 - 1.
