After such a fantastic run in our chase for the Lancashire Cup, we were unfortunate to lose to a feeder side for a professional club. However, I would like to thank my lads for the great effort & achievement that it is, to reach the final stages of such a big tournament. On the day after taking the lead, Lemar Harrison scored a fantastic solo goal! At half time, it was a 1-1 draw. In the second half, Wigan took the upper hand, but my lads never gave up, and there was some outstanding performances from Unsworth on the day, I really couldn't of asked much more of them, they made Unsworth JFC proud. The score ended 3-1 to Wigan, well done lads. MAN OF THE MATCH : JOSIAH MORRIS
