Leave M60 at Jun 17 and head towards Bury, turn right at second set of traffic lights on to Bury Old Road, turn left at next set of traffic lights before Mercedes Benz onto Thatch leach lane, and continue on Thatch Leach Lane, this then becomes Oak Lane.  Turn right onto Mersey Drive (just after you enter the 20mph zone) then 1^st left onto Mersey Close, the pitches are located at the bottom of this street, parking is available next to the pitches.
