The hawks started well with Morgan getting the 1st of the game beating the defenders for pace to slot home, Dill grabbed his 1st goal for us making it 2-0 coming in from the left wing well done Dill, it was all one way traffic thereafter, Decs grabbed an excellent goal, a volley from a jack lee corner. Morgan grabbed another 2 to make it 5-0 at half time.

A great defensive display from Marcus and Jadon who were excellent in the middle today, Morgan Hall, Dill, Stan, Nathan and Tom Schofield all putting a shift in various positions is great to have them options, excellent discipline boys!!

After the break it was more of the same Morgan completing his double brace! Morgan was excellent again today! Jack lee adding himself to the scoresheet a nice shot from outside the box from a nice assist from Tom Strong, who also worked hard against the L/boro defence muscling between 2 defenders to cooly put one away. Unfortunately 1 momentry lapse of concentration from the defence let L/boro get a consolation goal but we can live with that.

I keep saying it but it was an excellent team performance again! excellent work and I didnt feel like we hit second gear, we played within our limits and know when we need to up the anti.

Parents Man of the match today was our keeper Josh Cole who worked really hard made a some nice saves, I said it last week about the fact he is gaining more confidence between the sticks in those massive nets, we know how hard it is when the boys step up to 11 aside, but Josh just takes it in his stride!! Unanimous man of the match today well done mate.
