A slow start to the game going 1 down to a very fast striker for Rochdale, Stan soon got us back level and had an excellent game overall, again we went behind and again we came back through a brilliant Declan 2-2, Jack Lee who was a great Captain today scored 2 before the interval along with Tom Strong 1 to make it 5-3. Had to make a tactical change with Marcus going in defence to control their striker and it worked a treat as he matched for pace and effort. Marcus had a great game in mid and defence when needed.

The boys must have had one of Col's low fat cheeseburgers without the cheese at the interval as they went up a few gears in the 2nd half and had a goalfest, Tom getting another 3, Jack another 2, Decs grabbed another with Tom Schofield also getting on the score sheet with a nice looping header over their keeper Also a Special mention to Josh today I thought he had a great game making some excellent stops. Morgan had 3 or 4 excellent shots saved,I do not know how but I am sure that will be a rarity this season.

Well done to the defence, Jadon, Stan, Marcus, Nath the Hamster Lea and Belani, once we got organised ther was only 1 team in it!

Overall a great game, with some really intelligent football too, it was a pleasure to watch. Remember these boys are no mugs, they are an established Kay side, over the years weve enjoyed some great games against them, so take heart in this victory you worked hard for it with only 11 players and no subs today!
