After the disappointment of a 2-0 loss to Huntley Mount, Unsworth have rattled off four wins and one draw in the last five fixtures.

MPG
Unsworth came back from 2-1 down in the last 10 minutes with a second from Brad Higgins and Keiran Davies grabbing the winner with his first goal for the club (he's only been playing since he was 10).

Bridge Tavern
Unsworth came from 4-2 down after missing a hatful of chances and it was left to the new signing (Under 6's Manager) Dean Stokes to show the front two how it was done, to grab equaliser in the dying minutes.

Radcliffe Wanderers
Two goals from Brad Higgins and an hatrick from Ad Jackson were enough to dispatch Radcliffe Wanderers 5-2.

Heaton United
Unsworth entertained Heaton United after the two teams shared the honors 3-3 in the last game.  Goals came from Jamie Macklin who pounced on a slight mixup between keeper and centre-half to start the ball rolling.  Unsworth were pegged back from what seemed to be a foul which wasn't given and Heaton United equalised.  The winner was scored by new signing Lamar Harrison who has come through from the clubs youth policy.  Score 2-1.

AFC Elton - Sunday 10th April
Unsworth got off to a flying start with an opener in the first 2 minutes from Brad Higgins and that seemed to set the ball rolling for Brad who then bagged another 6 goals and with goals from Lamar, Danny, Mike M which completed the route.

The total squad played excellently today in the sunshine at Hillock.

Next game, Thursday 14th April 6.30pm kick off at Close Park where Unsworth are hoping to keep the good run going.
